Exit strategy?
Good morning...I am up with my Beloved preparing for Christmas in the wee hours...Per a post on the 14th of this month here on this blog, the Defense Department is announcing that there will be some troop withdrawals, while many other forces set for deployment will not be deployed. The beginning of an exit in Iraq?
