Benedict XVI wants to restore Holy Roman Empire?
The anti-Catholic Seventh Day Adventist rag The Trumpet has alleged that Pope Benedict XVI has a secret agenda: The recontruction of the Holy Roman Empire. Part of their assertion, of course, is based on some false historical assumptions, and the false notion that Sunday is a pagan day of worship to most of Christendom.However, if the Holy Father has real genuine designs to restore the great Holy Roman (Catholic) Empire, I'm all for it. In fact, if such a plan were to actually take shape, I'd want to go over and help bring it all into being.

I agree let the Holy Roman Empire be restored let its boundaries be all of Europe, Canada the United States and South Africa! Catholics in the US have been an oppressed minority for too long! As for those Americans who would call my hope 'treasonous' I say Obama and resent presidents have so dismantled the Constitution, and Americans have by and large proved so unwilling to defend it, that it is dead and will soon be openly removed. If one would take the Constitution seriously, no citizen would even call Obama President. He is after all not qualified to be President under the Constitution as he is not a natural citizen. Not even 'Conservatives' are willing to defend the Constitution; as any discerning Junior high school student knows this fact. So the Constitution is dead anyway.

I pray that our Sovereign Pontiff Benedict XVI, will soon see fit to anoint a most Holy Catholic Prince Holy Roman Emperor! As I see it in the future we will gain power over our enemies, or they will practically eliminate us from the face of the earth.
