Humanae Vitae

What caused corruption and scandals in the Catholic Church involving our priests? Father John Corapi theorizes that the root of the problem in the modern era is the rejection of a certain 1968 Encyclical of Pope Paul VI.

David,
What does birth control (and/or abortion) have to do with the Church covering up the crimes of evil CHILD SODOMIZING priests?!?!?!
David, you're being an idiot but true to form:
#1 Admit Nothing
#2 Deny Everything
#3 Blame Something/Someone Else

#1 The Church Did Nothing Wrong - how could it? It is the true faith and represents God on Earth
#2 The Church Did Not Cover This Up To Protect Its Reputation or Earthly Possessions - it sought only to protect its flock from having to hold Mass in rented storefronts.
#3 It's the fault of EVERYONE who didn't heed to Humanae Vitae. The Church held to it so ... everyone else is at fualt.

BS

David, stop being an idiot.

How do you explain that a lot of the molestation charges go back to the 40's and 50's? Let's face it, the problem is that the Church refuses to acknowledge that Priests are humans and come with the same issues and urges that other humans have. Liberal theology has nothing to do with molestation. Period.
