David;

Apparently this is suppose to be funny. Someone must of removed my funny bone because I fail to see the humor.

Pay close attention to the comment section.

It's so easy to deny someone their rights and existence when they're seen as less than human.

David,
What does "SOLT" mean? And what is its signifigance?
Also, Father Corapi looks a lot like Capt. Jon Luc Picard, don't you think?

The Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT):
a roman catholic society of apostolic life that seeks to form priests, religious, and laity to be a family ecclesial team in which they witness the very love and unity of the Most Holy Trinity

I'm wary of any political preaching/advice/dictates, etc., espoused by Catholic priests. I find it both highly ironic and hypocritical, given the HUGE number of child molestation cases that have surfaced in recent years -- which many, many priests have been convicted of, and of which the Catholic Church has paid out MILLIONS of dollars to make them go away... HOW can I take seriously the dictates of a man telling me who to vote for based on HIS view of abortion, when that same man (or one of his fellow priests) who is so concerned about a child pre-birth, _may_ molest that very same child just a few years post-birth?

This election is about HOPE vs. FEAR. With the multiple MAJOR issues facing our nation (thanks to Bush & Cheney), succumbing to FEAR and basing your vote on this ONE, not-as-major issue is just plain irresponsible. If you become a one-issue voter, you are certainly not putting "Country First."
