Cheap political posturing
Apparently the Knox County Commission is attempting to collectively save their own political rear-ends by begging Chancellor Daryl Fansler for a Special Election. This after the Attorney General said very clearly that such a move is unconstitutional.This is raw political posturing.
I will explain further tomorrow how the Attorney General is right.
