Elect Moxley to the House
Kelvin Moxley of the Tennessee Conservative Union has given an oration before the House Agriculture Committee on the proposed smoking ban. I believe he stunned many of the legislators with his fiery words. Rep. Mike Bell asked Moxley how he would take a total ban (something Moxley mentioned), Moxley spoke the truth when he said "a total ban is well within your power, but if you do that, I would urge you to be ready to forgo the revenue you will lose as a result."Of course they do not want to lose the revenue, hence the wretched hypocrisy in this case.
