Williams the back-stabber
As if Mike Williams hasn't stabbed those of us who are his constituents in the back enough, he has now left the Republican Party. Can you say Senator-elect Faulk, boys and girls?
I can now be assured that if Mike Faulk runs he will be the Republican nominee-and equally assured that Williams is going down.

This is essentially the McLeary situation all over again, only the GOP takes the temporary hit.
When I heard the McWherters were running the Lowe Finney campaign, I knew McLeary was dead. I also expect that Mike Faulk will have all the money and manpower he needs next year, with the same result.
The prime difference for me is that this is my Senator, and as a constituent, I am pissed.
I don't think he will run again. He knows his time is up. He had chance to make peace and mayb epreserve his seat he declined.
Soon he will pay the consequences, whether by losing his seat in an election or not running because of his shame.
Ultimately, he is not that bad of a guy...just disturbed.
His loss has been in the works for a long time.
