In this clip, Venezuela's corrupt Marxist dictator and Castro ally Hugo Chavez repeatedly tries to interrupt Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero as Zapatero is telling him to be more respectful to other democratically elected world leaders.Chavez, of course, is a two-bit goon who knows very little about respect.
