Feast of the Assumption
All Catholics should be reminded that today-August 15th-is the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is a Holy Day of Obligation-a day on which the Church calls on us to attend the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass except under grave circumstances.
