Taft finally charged

I intended to post well before now, but for some strange reason, I can't get through to Audioblogger and I have been unable to for the last two days.

We covered the potential crimes of Ohio Governor Bob Taft several months back here at the World as it concerned turning the funds of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation over to a rare coin dealer. Yesterday, the chickens came home to roost as Taft was charged with four separate misdemenors relating to the scandal. He could serve jail time, but probably will not.

The Ohio General Assembly ought to impeach Taft, but I am sure they won't, they are too taken with a man many of them privately admit is an idiot. Ohio Republicans are setting themselves up for a major defeat in state elections next year, since they apparently refuse to hold Taft accountable. Taft, at last word, refuses to do the honorable thing and resign.
